A multi-tenant platform being built on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, so that several businesses can connect their own numbers and run their messaging through one system.
Integrating WhatsApp properly - webhooks, message types, templates, operator inboxes - is substantial work. Doing it once per business does not scale, and each business ends up maintaining its own fragile integration.
We are building the integration once as a platform. Each business is a tenant with its own WhatsApp connection, and inbound webhooks are routed to the right tenant so their conversations, operators and automation stay separate.
The platform builds on integration work already running in PaalTech's own systems - Cloud API messaging with interactive buttons and lists, webhook verification and handling, and an operator inbox where staff can take over a conversation from automation - and extends it to many tenants.
Each business connected as its own tenant.
Inbound events delivered to the right tenant.
Text, reply buttons and list messages through the Cloud API.
Staff can read, reply and take over from automation.
The platform is in active development. It builds on WhatsApp integration already in production use within PaalTech's own systems.
We take on custom work in platform infrastructure and the systems around it.

A multi-school management platform covering admissions, academics, timetables, results, attendance, fees and communication - with a public website for each school run from the same dashboard.
A self-hosted payment service that sits in front of Paystack and Hubtel, so PaalTech applications create a payment intent once and receive a signed, verifiable result - whichever gateway processed it.
