- Fees are charged based on the selected subscription plan
- Payment is due in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS/₵) unless otherwise stated
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws, including Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

You agree to indemnify and hold PaalTech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Ghana.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
